Cancellation Policy
• Please place a working card on file, placing a none working card on file will have you banned indefinitely 💳
• All reschedules or cancellations must be done 48hrs prior to service 💜
• 70% of the service is charged if you cancel or reschedule after the 48hr period *No exceptions .. I completely understand life happens but I do pay for reminder appointments even 72hrs prior to your appointment*
• Same day cancellations or reschedules are charged the 70% of service fee.
• No Call No Shows are banned 🚫
